What is Telsana?
Telsana is a telehealth practice pairing licensed United States clinicians with compounded metabolic and recovery therapies. Everything happens online: intake, consultation, prescribing, delivery and ongoing support.
Who is eligible?
You must be 18 or older, physically located in a state we service, and have a clinical need confirmed by one of our clinicians. Some programs require recent lab work, which we can help arrange.
How does the process work?
Choose a program, complete the intake questionnaire, meet your clinician over our secure platform, and receive medication shipped from a licensed compounding pharmacy. Check-ins continue for as long as you are a member.
Is lab work required?
It depends on your intake answers. When labs are needed, we request a comprehensive metabolic panel, hemoglobin A1c, TSH and a lipid panel, and send the requisition during your consultation.
What happens if I am not eligible?
If a clinician determines a program is not right for you, your payment is refunded in full to the original card. There is no charge for the review.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Submit a cancellation request before your next billing date and your plan stops at the end of the current cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
Where do the medications come from?
From state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacies in the United States. Every batch we dispense has a corresponding third-party certificate of analysis, published in our COA library.
