Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. Who We Are
Telsana is an online doctor network. Through our website and care platform, we connect adults in the United States with licensed clinicians who provide metabolic, hormone and wellness care by telehealth, including weight loss, testosterone, women’s hormone and sexual health programs.
Medical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians in the Telsana network, and prescriptions are filled by licensed partner pharmacies. In this policy, “Telsana”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Telsana and the website telsana.com.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us or use our services, and the choices and rights you have.
2. How This Policy Relates to HIPAA
Some of the information you share with us, such as your medical history, intake answers, lab results, prescriptions and messages with your clinician, is protected health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). That information is handled in line with HIPAA and the Notice of Privacy Practices provided to you when you become a patient. You can request a copy at any time by emailing care@telsana.com.
Where this Privacy Policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices differ for protected health information, the Notice of Privacy Practices applies. This Privacy Policy covers all other personal information, including information collected through our public website.
3. Information We Collect

Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location (city or state, based on IP address) and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 7.
Information from other sources
Your clinician and care team, who add notes, treatment plans and prescriptions to your record.
Partner pharmacies, which share prescription fulfillment and shipping status.
Laboratory partners, which send the results of lab panels you order as part of a program, such as our TRT and women’s hormone programs.
Payment and identity verification providers, which confirm payments and identity.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:

Process intake forms, prescriptions, pharmacy orders, shipping and lab orders.
Operate your account and care thread, and respond to messages, contact form requests and support questions.

Confirm whether we can treat you in your state, and verify your identity and eligibility.
Send service messages about appointments, prescriptions, shipping, billing and your account.
Send marketing messages where permitted by law and where you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our website and services, and prevent fraud and misuse.
Meet our legal, regulatory, licensing and record keeping obligations, and enforce our terms.
We do not use your health information for advertising, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
5. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as needed to provide our services, and always as permitted by law:
Clinicians in the Telsana network who provide your care.
Partner pharmacies that fill and ship your prescriptions, and laboratory partners that process lab panels.
Service providers that work on our behalf under contract, such as our patient platform, website hosting, email and messaging, payment processing, customer support and identity verification. Providers that handle protected health information are bound by HIPAA business associate agreements.

With your consent: for any other purpose you agree to.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Communications, Email and Text Messages
We send service messages about your account, care, prescriptions, shipping and billing. These are part of the service and cannot be turned off while you have an active plan.
If you agree to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you agree to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Please avoid sending detailed health information through the contact form or regular email. Your care thread inside your account is the secure way to message your clinician.

9. How We Protect Your Information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access limited to people who need the information to do their jobs, and contracts that require our service providers to protect it.
