Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 22, 2026
Last updated: October 22, 2026

Welcome to Telsana. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Telsana website at telsana.com, our patient platform and the services offered through them (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Telsana

Telsana is an online doctor network. We connect adults in the United States with independent licensed clinicians who provide metabolic, hormone and wellness care by telehealth, including weight loss, testosterone, women’s hormone and sexual health programs. Medical care is provided by the clinicians in our network, who use their own independent professional judgment. Prescriptions are filled by licensed partner pharmacies.

2. Not for Emergencies

The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use the contact form, email or your care thread for urgent medical needs.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old, located in a state where Telsana provides care at the time of each consultation, and able to form a binding contract. You can check availability on our States We Service page. Some medications are available only in certain states because of state prescribing rules.

4. Telehealth Consent

By using the Services, you consent to receive care by telehealth, which may include secure messaging, questionnaires, photos, phone calls and video visits. Telehealth has benefits and limitations. Your clinician may decide that telehealth is not right for your situation and may recommend that you see a provider in person.

5. Medical Care and Prescriptions

Your clinician decides whether a treatment is appropriate for you. Completing an intake or paying for a program does not guarantee that you will be prescribed any medication. Your clinician may change your dose, pause treatment, recommend lab work or decline to prescribe based on your health and safety.

Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Your plan works best when you follow your clinician’s instructions, attend check-ins and report side effects promptly.

Some programs require lab work before treatment begins. For example, the TRT and women’s hormone programs start with a lab panel, which is reviewed by your provider before anything is prescribed.

Some medications prescribed through Telsana may be compounded medications. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies to meet individual patient needs and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Your clinician will discuss whether a compounded or commercially available medication is appropriate for you.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information about your identity, health history, medications and allergies.

Use your medication only as prescribed, and only for yourself.

Tell your care team promptly about any side effects, changes in your health or new medications.

Keep your login details private and let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Keep your primary care provider informed about your treatment where appropriate.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Each account is for one person only. We may suspend or close an account that contains false information, is shared with others or is used in a way that breaks these Terms.

8. Pricing and Payment

Program prices are shown on our website or during checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices include your clinician access, medication when prescribed and shipping. Lab panels, where required, are charged separately as shown at checkout.

No insurance is needed. Telsana does not bill insurance, and payments are made directly by you.

Programs are billed on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel or pause. By starting a program, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each cycle. If a payment fails, we may pause shipments until payment is updated.

Promotional offers, such as $100 off your first month for new members, apply only to the first billing cycle unless stated otherwise, are limited to one per person and cannot be combined with other offers. We may change or end offers at any time.

We may change prices for future billing cycles. We will tell you before a price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

9. Cancellation, Pausing and Refunds

Cancellation: you can cancel at any time by emailing care@telsana.com from the address on your account, or by sending a message in your care thread, before your next billing date. Please include your name and order number. Cancellation applies from the end of your current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.

Medication already dispatched: medication that has already been prepared or shipped will still be delivered, and that cycle will not be refunded.

Pausing: if you need a break, you can ask to pause your plan for up to three months. Your clinician and dose history are kept on file while your plan is paused.

Coming back: returning members usually do not need to repeat the full intake. A short clinical review is often enough to restart, at your clinician’s discretion.

Refunds: because prescription medication cannot be returned once dispensed, payments for dispensed medication and completed lab work are non-refundable, except where required by law. If your clinician determines you are not eligible for treatment before any medication is dispensed, we will refund any amount charged for medication in that cycle.

10. Pharmacy and Shipping

Prescriptions are filled by licensed partner pharmacies and shipped discreetly to the address on your account. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that someone can receive temperature-sensitive packages where needed. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or incorrect address details.

11. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive service messages by email, text message and through your care thread about your care, prescriptions, shipping, billing and account. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

12. Website Content

Articles, Journal posts and other content on our website are for general education only. They are not medical advice and do not replace a consultation with your clinician. Always follow the plan your clinician gives you.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for anyone other than yourself, or provide false information to obtain medication.

Resell, share or give away any medication prescribed to you.

Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the website, platform or their security.

Harass, threaten or abuse our clinicians, care team or other users.

Use the Services in any way that is unlawful or breaks these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

The Telsana name, logo, website design, text, graphics and other content are owned by Telsana or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, such as payment processors, pharmacies, laboratories and shipping carriers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

16. Disclaimers

The website and platform are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telsana disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in this section limits the professional duties your clinician owes you under applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telsana and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Telsana in the three months before the claim arose. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Telsana harmless from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or any false information you provide.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you break these Terms, if your clinician determines that continuing care through telehealth is not safe, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time by cancelling as described in Section 9. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and where changes are significant we will notify you by email or through your account before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

22. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Telsana about the Services.
